State of the Region 2013 - Transit Proposal
Metropolitan Council Chair Susan Haigh discussed Governor Mark Dayton's transit proposal during the 2013 State of the Region at the Union Depot in St. Paul. The proposal would help build out a full metro-wide transit system.
